We combine hikes through the picturesque mountain landscape with yoga. This is perfect for anyone looking for an active break in the mountains. The evenings are rounded off with relaxing mindfulness exercises, meditations or guided relaxation exercises.

Our Yoga Days are also suitable for beginners and anyone who would like to get to know yoga.
