And the passion that goes into everything from the flambéing of the shrimp to the finalizing of the Kaiserschmarrens right at the table by our patissier. The highlight, as always, is the Tomahawk steak roasted just right and finished with herbs, served by our Chef himself, paired of course with the wonderfully matched red wine.
