Cancellation conditions
The provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply. Place of jurisdiction Saalfelden.
Room cancellations can only be accepted in writing:
- up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
- up to 1 month before arrival 40%
- 70 % up to 1 week before arrival
- less than 1 week before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 90 % of the package price will be charged
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival you can usually check into your room from 3.00 pm and we will make it available to you by 11.00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out subject to availability: We charge between € 30 and € 120 per room depending on the extended length of stay Airport transfer: We will be happy to organise a transfer for you! Parking: Video-monitored hotel car park (approx. 200 m away) € 5.00 per day and an underground car park at the hotel € 20.00 per day.
Culinary delights
Gourmet board: Starts at 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 11.00 am on the day of departure.
Children's menu: We spoil our younger guests in the evening with a children's menu or, if there are 20 or more children, with a children's buffet. We are also happy to serve our regular gourmet menu to younger children on request. Please speak to our service staff. Surcharge: € 14.00 per day. Further information can be found in the corresponding price lists.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds or compensation for meals not taken
Tourist Tax
From 01 December 2024 - local tax: € 2.45 per person & night from 15 years of age
From 01 June 2025 - local tax and levies: € 2.95 per person & night from 15 years of age
General information
Room requests: Please understand that it is possible to book room categories, but not specific room numbers or floors.
Room card: We charge a deposit of € 5.00 per card for your keycard. If you return the cards on the day of departure, we will of course cancel the deposit.
Non-smoking/smokers: All rooms & suites are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is also no longer permitted in the lobby and at the hotel bar. However, you are welcome to smoke on your balcony or in the designated area outside (under the radiant heater).
Dress code: Sporty to elegant: Swimwear/bathrobes are not permitted in the restaurant area and at the hotel bar. Please dress appropriately for dinner.
Beauty & wellness treatments: We recommend making an appointment before arrival. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel at least 1 day in advance. Otherwise we will have to charge you the treatment price.
Dogs on request: We charge € 25.00 per day without food. Please bring your own dog basket or dog blanket. Your four-legged friends are not allowed in some rooms and suites, in the dining room and in the spa area. We ask for your understanding.
Appartements
Facilities: All flats are furnished with great attention to detail and equipped as follows: intercom to the front door, full HD digital TV, radio in the bathroom, electronic safe, hairdryer, make-up mirror, kitchen/kitchenette with coffee machine, electric cooker, extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Each flat is equipped with complete linen, plenty of crockery and glasses. W-Lan is free of charge.
Final cleaning: Depending on the size of the flat, we charge between € 65 and € 90 for the final cleaning.
Bread roll service: For a fee. Please order at Hotel DAS NEUHAUS by 12 noon the day before!
Miscellaneous:
Dogs only possible on request; price: € 25.00 per day.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the entire flat price will be charged.
Check in: from 15.00 hrs. Check out: until 11.00 am.
Wellness: use of the wellness area in the hotel possible (for a fee).
Offers / Reservation
All prices in Euro, subject to change and errors (also in written offers and confirmations).
Packages/arrangements: We cannot grant any further discounts on the price advantages included in our packages. Price advantages can only be utilised once per booking.
Services not utilised will not be refunded. The indicated price depends on the room category & the season.
Terms of payment
Reservation/deposit: We can only accept reservations in writing. After written confirmation by the hotel, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% per room by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) or by bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisenbank Saalbach IBAN: AT12 3505 2000 0001 0215 BIC: RVS AAT 2S052. Please note the deposit deadline in your booking confirmation.
Payment on site: You are welcome to pay your bill in cash or by credit card. We accept EC card, Eurocard, Mastercard and VISA.
Travel cancellation insurance: Something can always come up. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which we will be happy to arrange for you with Europäische Reiseversicherung. This amounts to approx. 5 % of the package price. After taking out the insurance, we will send you your personal policy.
The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead our general terms and conditions apply
