Takes place daily in our restaurant from 18:30 to 21:00 (summer) and 19:00 to 21:30 (winter). Your table is already reserved. Appropriate clothing is requested!

We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure. A later departure is possible free of charge after short consultation and depending on availability until 12:00. After that we charge a surcharge depending on the actual time of departure.

The Alpenapotheke is about 10 minutes walk (direction Hinterglemm) from here, at the village exit in the new RAIKA building.

Any extras you order outside of your half-board please settle with your waiter directly or have them added to your room bill.

The entrance to the bicycle room is located on the side of the hotel - entrance underground parking. Locks (€ 9.00) available at the reception. You can also use these locks in the area, so your bikes are protected from confusion or theft. We are also happy to lend you a lock for € 5,00 per stay.

What is a better start to the morning than a healthy and rich breakfast. We serve this daily from 07:30 to 10:30.

For the sake of our guests seeking relaxation, telephone calls are not permitted in the entire dining areas as well as in the wellness and beauty area. We thank you for your understanding!

Only a four-minute walk from the hotel are the Schattberg and Kohlmais cable car systems.

Our staff from the beauty department are at your disposal by appointment. Registrations are accepted at the reception or directly at the beauty reception in the wellness area.

Each hotel room can be equipped with a minibar on request. The drink prices are displayed in the rooms. The drinks taken will be automatically booked to your room bill.

A sewing kit can be found in your small box in the bathroom. We are also happy to offer sewing service. Calculation according to expenditure.

Please take the room cards with you when leaving your room. We charge a deposit per card of € 5.00, which we will cancel upon return of your card on departure.

Sometimes defects occur in the rooms, which we ourselves unfortunately do not notice quickly enough. Please report them to us so that we can fix them immediately. For wishes and suggestions we are always at your disposal.
