Autumn is the time to calm down and focus on the essentials. Here you will find the perfect opportunity to escape the stress of everyday life.
Together we will experience an inspiring mix of meditation in nature, gentle yoga, hikes, shinrin yoku (forest bathing), sound healing and reflection through journaling. The focus of all exercises and times of day is on slowing down.
Our retreat is also suitable for beginners.

- Get Together (explanation of the program and journaling)
- Singing bowl meditation
- Sunrise hike with small summit snack
- Depending on the weather, the hike can also take place on other days
- Times or alternative program will be announced on the day of arrival
- Free time: independent meditation, spa, journaling, etc.
- Full-body fascia yoga and breathing exercises
- Hatha Yoga
- Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing): Breathing exercises and meditation on the Reiterkogel
- Shinrin Yoku: Gentle Hatha Yoga & meditation in the Reiterkogel forest
- Yin Yoga
