Our meals are just like the climate. Aromatic, intense, with a hint of extravagance and quite a lot of purity. And in our journey into the land of lost seductive flavours we are almost at the beginning again. With a new, exciting departure back to our roots before us. We gather herbs, work closely with the farmers in our region and with local suppliers – and we browse through old cookery books, take a look over grandma’s shoulder, indeed, we head out on excursions.
